WELCOME TO THE SHED.
Hi, my name is Emma Kate O'Keeffe . I'm a 36 year old Personal Trainer, PE/ Health Teacher, and a very keen sports enthusiast with a love for everything health and fitness.
HYBRID TRAINING
Hybrid training, although taken the world by storm, it's nothing new. Hybrid training is a method whereby you simultaneously increase both your strength and endurance performance using two different training methods. The shed has a very specific focus on training individuals to have a strong cardio base as-well as build a strong foundation through our strength zone blocks.
